Maybe it's very small in Dublin and hidden away? If there are any comics stores, they might have info on zine fairs etc. They are quite fun to attend though I always feel a bit shy about picking up the works because I know I'm not going to buy any! (not because I don't like them, but because i'd be completely broke!)
