Nineteen seventy-four was actually my least enjoyed book of the quartet. Although the others suffer slightly from not having the Eddie Dunford character in them. I won't spoil it any further though...

To get the full effect, you do really need to listed to the Luke Haines song "Leeds United" in between reading each book. He makes no secret about where he ripped it off from.
